Director’s Message: As we head into December, I want to take a moment to wish everyone the happiest of holidays! This time of year is always exciting as we close out the first semester, take a few weeks to celebrate the holidays, and get ready to open a new semester as we mark the halfway point of the school year! Here at the Youth Center we have an exciting December planned! We will continue to have activities after school every day and thanks to the hard work of food services, students at the Youth Center can now get an after school lunch for no charge! The Youth Center is the place to be after school, not only for the activities, but also for the food! We will also be hosting a Christmas Party following the Starlight Christmas parade on December 14!
Student Advisory Council: The SAC will meet on Monday December 9 and Thursday December 12th this month. Any student wishing to join needs to contact Mr. Butler via email at [email protected] Look for the SAC in the Starlight Christmas Parade this year on December 14. Also this month, SAC and SWAT will also be representing the Flagler County Youth Center and The Flagler Youth Coalition in Tallahassee for Prevention Advocacy Day on December 11.
