Hours of Operation: The Youth Center daily hours, throughout the School Year are: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 7:00pm. The building follows the school calendar. The only exception for this is when there are Special Events scheduled. The Youth Center is Closed on Saturday & Sunday. Summer Hours: When school concludes, the Youth Center sponsors a Summer Camp, for 6th -9th Grade students, and is open Monday – Friday, from 8:00am -5:30pm.

Youth Center’s Summer Camp: The Youth Center Summer Camp is now FULL, and we are taking Wait List youth going into 6th grade – youth going into 9th grade. The program runs Monday – Friday, from 8:00am – 5:00pm beginning on Wednesday, June 8th, and concludes on Friday, July 22nd. The TOTAL cost for camp is $150.00. Throughout the program there are various trips, which you can pay as you choose to go, including destinations like: Daytona Lagoon, Universal Studios, and Typhoon Lagoon, to name a few. Road To Success Program: RTS has 1 seat left for this year, which ends June 30th.   Next semester starts July 1, 2016.    To-date 73 students have earned their GEDs with 8 students scoring honors. Our Guest speakers for May included, Coaching the Global Village staff conducted banking & financials, personal and business budgeting workshops. Jesse McGee from Case Management Inc. completed a series of Life skills workshops, 3 Students obtained their GEDs this month; Douglas Breeding, Kayla Greer and Angia Graham – Congratulations.   Congratulations to Dawson Graham who started Daytona State College, and Michael Parker and Douglas Breeding for obtaining jobs. Students also enjoyed a tour at Daytona State College in Daytona and are looking forward towards field trips this summer to Wyotech, Daytona State Colleges ATC Campus, Palm Coast Fire Department and a Business Day at the Flagler Chamber. Spotlight On Youth Talent Show: Once again the Flagler County Youth Center will host the Spotlight on Youth Talent Show on Tuesday, June 7th at 7:000pm in the Flagler Auditorium. Contestants will be competing for Youth Entertainer of the Year honors in the Junior, Middle School, and Senior Divisions. It is an AWESOME show, and everyone is invited to attend. Tickets are $6pp and available at the door on the night of the event. Come check out this awesome cast, and see everything that is right about Flagler Youth today! Who will be named 2016 Entertainers of the Year???
