We can’t wait for another exciting summer! | Life Skills ClassThe popular Life Skills class, hosted by Inspiration of Hope Community Resources, Inc., began a new session on January 21st and runs for 5 weeks. This Life Skills Education and Training class is designed for youth ages 12-18 and takes place on Mondays from 3 PM to 5 PM. Participants will receive guidance in goal setting, employability skills, financial literacy, communication, and more.
Those who successfully complete the program will earn a certificate and a $75 stipend.

With about a dozen racers vying for the top spot, the energy was high, the "blue shells" were flying, and the finishes were neck-and-neck. After some intense laps and clever power-up usage, we crowned our champions: - The Grand Prize Winner: Received a $20 Wawa gift card for their first-place finish!
- The Runner-Up: Also took home a $10 Wawa gift card for an impressive performance.

Whether you finished first or fell victim to a stray banana peel, you made it a fantastic afternoon! | Grade / Attendance ChecksThis month, the Flagler County Youth Center will continue its efforts to promote positive behavior both in and out of the classroom.
On Tuesday, February 10th, the Youth Center will conduct a grade check. Students who have all A’s on their progress report will be rewarded with pizza, chips, and a drink. Those with A’s and B’s will be given the choice of two of these options.

A heartfelt thank you to all the vendors and volunteers who gave their time to help make this event truly memorable. | | Lending LibraryThe grand opening of the Lending Library at the G.W. Carver Center occurred on January 28th.
