Enrollment Options

We are offering two ways to participate in our 8-week recreational program:

1. Full-Time Enrollment

  • Registration Fee: $225 per camper (non-refundable).
  • Family Discount: Additional members of the same family are charged a discounted rate of $200 per camper.
  • Weekly Fee: None.
  • Expectations: Students are expected to attend regularly (3+ days per week). While families can miss a week or two for vacations with proper communication, excessive absences may incur a $35 weekly fee to maintain program stability.

2. Part-Time / Flexible Enrollment

  • Registration Fee: $75 per camper (non-refundable).
  • Weekly Fee: $35 per week attended.
  • Details:
    • Attendance: Families may attend anywhere from one to five days per week.
    • Flexibility: Perfect for part-time schedules or families who anticipate missing multiple weeks.
    • Fee Policy: We do not pro-rate for partial attendance. If a child attends for any portion of the week, the full weekly fee applies and is non-refundable once the week has started.
  • Note: Part-time spots may be capped weekly based on staffing limits.


Trips and Attendance Policies

  • Field Trips: All trips remain “pay-as-you-go” for both enrollment options.
  • Scheduling: For flexible enrollment, days/weeks must be selected at least one week in advance.
  • T-Shirts: Registration includes a 2026 Summer Camp T-shirt, which is required for all trips.
