The Flagler County Youth Center is open for 6th-12th grade students. Operational hours are 2pm-6pm. The Youth Center is a fabulous facility for county youth to stop in and socialize for FREE. The only requirement for participation is that every student must scan their Flagler County School ID card to enter. The Youth Center is the result of a unique collaboration between Flagler County & the Flagler County School Board.
The Flagler County Youth Center is organized by youth for youth, and is a fun, safe and supervised location for participants to attend. The Youth Center also features numerous activities and programs throughout the year. |
Grade ChecksOn Thursday, October 23rd, the Youth Center celebrated students who achieved outstanding academic performance by treating them to a delightful selection of pizza, chips, and beverages. We are excited to announce that the Youth Center will continue to conduct grade checks throughout the year, offering rewards for academic excellence. NBA 2K26 TournamentOn Thursday, October 30th, the Youth Center hosted an NBA 2K25 tournament where students competed against each other in an exciting showdown. The winner and runner-up were rewarded with gift cards for their impressive gameplay. |
Halloween TreatsOn October 31st, the Youth Center had the pleasure of distributing candy to all participants as they departed for the evening. We hope everyone had a great Halloween! |
Nintendo Super Smash Bros TournamentWe are planning on holding our first Nintendo Super Smash Bros tournament on November 13th after school! Additional information about this will be released in a flyer soon! |

G.W. Carver Center Operations Currently the G.W. Carver Center is open daily Monday – Friday with special events on Saturday. School Year Open Gym Hours are 2:00pm-6:00pm. Our Senior Socials will continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays in November. November Dates: 11/4, 11/6, 11/11, 11/13, 11/18, 11/20

Life Skills ProgramSeven weekly sessions were held on Wednesdays from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., beginning on September 17, 2025, and concluding on October 29, 2025. This program was led by highly qualified facilitators who supported participants in developing goal-setting, employability, financial literacy, and communication skills, among others.

Halloween Party & Haunted HouseEvery year, we host an event for children and parents to attend our Halloween party and haunted house. This year’s party featured a variety of food grilled and provided by our friends at PAL, along with plenty of candy and goodies that we supplied for the children to take home and enjoy. Guests were immersed in a haunted hospital experience filled with jump scares and other frights. Our older students even participated in the haunted house, taking on the role of scarers. |

Bulldog Block PartyJoin us for FPC’s 4th Annual Bulldog Block Party at the G.W. Carver Center! This free community event celebrates our students and families from FPC and our feeder schools. Enjoy free Kona Ice, burgers, and hotdogs, music, and community connections. We’ll also take a moment to honor the life and legacy of beloved community member Sugar Pop. |
